Application Process
To apply for one of our rentals- All of our homes are NO SMOKING
We ask that you visit the property prior to applying and follow these steps
- Complete the application at the link below:
https://myersrealty.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application/new
- Please submit an application for each adult that will be living in the property
- Make sure to fill out the entire application with property address, dates you would like to move in, lease term, and any pets if it is a pet friendly home.
- Include copies of your income verification (pay stubs, W2, etc. ) with your application
